Core Responsibilites:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) to analyze challenging behaviors.
- Develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on assessment findings.
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to implement effective behavioral strategies.
- Monitor progress and modify interventions as necessary to ensure positive outcomes.
- Provide training and guidance to staff and caregivers on behavioral techniques and strategies.
Qualifications
- Professional certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Experience in parent training, data collection, and goal development.
Pay: $83,000-$85,000 + Sign On Bonus + Monthly Bonus Opportunities
